After placing events on hold in 2020, Foster Angels was excited to have our first in-person event at Executive Surf Club. This event boasts live music, burgers, and a silent auction with a fun and casual atmosphere that only Executive Surf Club can provide. Featured bands Flying Free and Matt Hole & the Hot Rod Gang joined us with their amazing music and it sure was a party!
Over 140 Foster Angel supporters attended – a record attendance in the 3 years this event has been held! We found Board members, CPS employees, our partners from organizations that help children in foster care, and the general public all join us for a great night of food and music.
Our silent auction featured 15 items that ranged from a fishing trip, VIP room at Axe Haus Outfitters, date night staycation, to a custom painting – there was something for everyone in the silent auction and our bidders did not disappoint!
As we all move forward in a fast-paced year, it was so exciting to see some familiar and new faces. We appreciate all of our Foster Angel Friends and look forward to seeing them again at next year’s Party with a Purpose 2022!
